Deputy Managing Director, Corporate Development, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Mr. Chin was Managing Partner of KPMG Singapore from 1992 until his retirement in 2005. From 2001 to 2006 he was Chairman of the Urban Development Authority, before that from 1997 to 2001 a member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Jacqueline Loh was appointed to HDB`s Board of Directors in October 2018. She is currently Deputy General Manager of Corporate Development at MAS.
She leads the areas of finance, risk and currencies, technology, and human resources organization and development. Ms. Jacqueline Loh joined MAS in 1987. Previously, she was Executive Vice President, Markets and Development, from September 1, 2013 to January 31, 2021. From April 1, 2010 to January 31, 2012, she served as Deputy Managing Director of the Finance, Information Technology and Risk Management Group and, from February 1, 2012 to August 31, 2013, she led the Prudential Policy, Macroprudential Oversight and Specialized Risk Oversight group. Between 1990 and 1994, she worked in the New York office of MAS. In 1986, she graduated from the University of Washington with a Master of Business Administration. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wealth Management Institute. Jacqueline is also a board member of the retirement savings plans of selected government departments and President of the Singapore Clearing House Association.

He was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2005 and the Public Service Star (BBM) in 2010. Patrick Tay is an elected Member of Parliament for Pioneer SMC. Mr. Lim served as State Secretary in the Ministry of National Development from November 2011 to April 2016. At the same time, he served as Secretary of State in the Prime Minister`s Office and Secretary of State for National Security and Intelligence Coordination. Previously, Mr. Lim was State Secretary in the Ministry of the Interior. Mr. Lim holds a BA (Hons) in English from the National University of Singapore and an MA in Political Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Mr. Lim was awarded the Distinguished Service Order in 2021.
Mr. Lim retired from the public service on May 1, 2016. He is currently Chair of the Temasek Foundation and Chair of the National Parks Board.
